The short answer

Quick answer

Pick your equipment or the fluid you use today, and the page for it lays out the maker's coolant rules next to our product, line by line, including where we do not meet them. We blend inhibited ethylene and propylene glycol coolants and deionized water in Taylor, Texas, and ship them in pails, drums and 275- or 330-gallon totes with a certificate of analysis on every lot.

What to order

The products that fit this spec, and what each one is for.

Nitrite-free specs

Inhibited Ethylene Glycol 40/60, Nitrite-Free

For equipment makers that require nitrite-free coolant: 40% ethylene glycol, sodium benzoate inhibitor, ready to fill.

Freeze point: about -25 °C (-13 °F) typical · Quart to 330-gallon tote · COA with every lot

General closed loops

Inhibited Ethylene Glycol 40/60 with OAT-908

40% ethylene glycol with a nitrite-containing hybrid organic-acid inhibitor, for loops where nitrite is acceptable.

Freeze point: approx. -22 °C (-8 °F) typical; -21 °C (-6 °F) max, at 40 wt% ethylene glycol · Quart to 330-gallon tote · COA with every lot

Flush and make-up

Deionized Water ACS Reagent Grade

Conductivity under 1 µS/cm for flushing, blending and evaporative top-off.

Quart to 330-gallon tote · COA with every lot

Need a different concentration? We blend to the freeze point you specify, in pails, drums and 275- or 330-gallon totes.

Rules that apply to almost every loop

What the equipment makers' coolant guides have in common.

WaterDeionized or distilled water only, for blending, flushing and top-off. Tap and softened water add chloride and hardness.
Glycol strengthThe lowest concentration that covers your coldest fluid temperature plus margin; stronger glycol moves less heat.
Aluminum cold platesMost hydro miners use aluminum plates and ban copper in the loop. Check whether your maker also requires a nitrite-free coolant.
Never mix chemistriesChanging coolant means drain, flush with deionized water and refill, not topping up with a different product.
TestingpH, conductivity, reserve alkalinity and appearance every few months; metals and ions twice a year; replace on the maker's schedule.

Questions

Which coolant does my liquid-cooled equipment need?

Start with the equipment maker's coolant guide; it sets the glycol type and strength, the water-quality limits and any banned inhibitors such as nitrite or silicate. Each page above lays those rules out for one family of equipment.

Ethylene glycol or propylene glycol?

Ethylene glycol moves more heat at the same strength and stays thinner when cold. Propylene glycol is chosen where lower toxicity matters. Many hydro miners allow either; most direct-to-chip server loops specify propylene glycol.

Do you sell a nitrite-free propylene glycol 25% (PG25)?

Not today. Our propylene glycol premixes use a nitrite-containing inhibitor. Our nitrite-free coolant is the ethylene glycol 40/60 premix.

How fast can you deliver?

Stocked drums ship in about 1 to 5 days. Truckload tote orders are quoted with a lead time when you send the site and quantity.

Do you provide documents for submittals?

Yes. Every product has a technical data sheet and SDS online, and the technical submittal page collects them in one place.
