"We purchased some Xylene from Alliance which arrived quickly and in good order but when we went to use it (several months later) we discovered that some of the product had evaporated from the sealed containers. I contacted the company to see if they could do anything for us and they confirmed a known problem with the containers and replaced the product at no charge. (they've since upgraded the containers) It was not a lot of money in material, probably cost more to ship the replacement but Alliance did it anyway. Alliance quickly resolved our problem and even followed up with a phone call. Great customer service, I recommend Alliance Chemical."

"Ordered gear lube, but the wrong type was sent. Alliance Chemical went out if the way to ship the correct lube. However, their 1 qt bottles do not come with a capped spout. Wish it did. However, this is definitely a co. to deal with and the way they handled my minor issue without any hassle deserves a 5 star rating. ----- After seeing their response to my initial review, that confirms that I'm dealing with an excellent reputable company. As such I've sent information on this company's products to other antique car owners."

The representative I spoke with about the delay gave me some other options just in case it was delayed too much. How fast does Alliance Chemical ship orders?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days across all order sizes, from single quarts to 55-gallon drums. All shipments include proper DOT hazmat documentation, and tracking information is emailed automatically.
Can I get a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for my order?
Yes, and there is no charge for it. You do need to ask: use our COA Request form or email sales@alliancechemical.com with your order number, and we will send it over. Safety Data Sheets and Technical Data Sheets are available the same way.
What purity grades does Alliance Chemical offer?
We carry ACS Reagent Grade for analytical lab work, USP/FCC Food Grade for pharmaceutical and food applications, and Technical Grade for industrial use. Many products are available in more than one grade, and the grade is listed as a structured specification on each product page.
Does Alliance Chemical offer bulk pricing or Net 30 terms?
Yes to both. We offer volume pricing on drum and tote quantities, and Net 30 payment terms are available for qualified businesses. Contact us at 512-365-6838 or request a quote online.
What is Alliance Chemical's return and damage policy?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we reship at no charge. Our packaging is designed for hazmat chemical transport, so damage is rare. To return an unopened product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will handle the return logistics.
