Ordering by invoice, or prefer not to sign in? Use the certificate portal with the same business name and email you order with, or email your certificate to sales@alliancechemical.com.

Common questions

How soon will my account be tax-exempt?
Once we approve your certificate, future orders will ship tax-exempt automatically. If you need to place an order before approval and have questions about sales tax, contact sales@alliancechemical.com.
Does one certificate cover future orders?
Yes. Blanket certificates stay active until they expire or are revoked. Some states require periodic refresh (Illinois every 3 years, Florida annually).
What happens if my certificate expires?
If we don't have a renewed certificate on file when yours expires, we resume charging sales tax until one is submitted.
Already have a Net 30 / credit account?
Great — tax-exempt status is separate from credit terms. See Net 30 / Credit App if you need credit terms too.
