What payment methods do you accept?

No. Sizes run from a quart to a 275-gallon tote, depending on the product, and every size listed is priced and sold online with no minimum.

Do you offer volume pricing?

Yes. Larger sizes cost less per unit, and the price of every size is on the product page. For several drums or totes, or a recurring schedule, request a quote and we price the product and the freight together.

How do I apply for net 30 terms?

Submit the credit application. Approval usually takes 1 to 2 business days.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, from established accounts, government purchase cards and blanket purchase agreements. Email your PO to sales@alliancechemical.com.

Can I get tax-exempt pricing?

Yes. Send your exemption certificate through the tax-exempt page or to sales@alliancechemical.com. Once it is on file, your later orders are tax-exempt.

How does Subscribe and save work?

Choose Subscribe and save on the product page, pick a delivery frequency from weekly to every 5 weeks, and save 5% on every delivery. How subscriptions work.

What is your documentation response time?

We answer document requests during business hours, Monday to Thursday 8 am to 4 pm and Friday 8 am to noon, Central. Email sales@alliancechemical.com or use the COA request form.

Can you provide lot traceability?

Yes. Give us the order number and we can tell you which lot you received and send its COA. Contact us for historical lot data.

Can you provide vendor qualification documents?

Yes: W-9, certificate of insurance, SAM.gov registration details and supplier qualification questionnaires, sent during business hours. See the certifications page.
