Questions about business accounts

Do I need a business account to order?

No. Every listed size can be bought online by card, with no account and no minimum order. A business account is for teams that want to sign in and order under one company.

How long does approval take?

We review requests within one business day and email you when the account is ready.

Can more than one person order for the company?

Yes. Email sales@alliancechemical.com with their names and email addresses and we will add them to your company.

How do tax-exempt orders work with a business account?

Submit your exemption certificate from the tax-exempt orders page while signed in under your company, and it applies to the whole company.

Is a business account the same as net 30 terms?

No. Credit terms are a separate application: apply for net 30.
