Product Overview
Phosphoric Acid 50% ACS Grade is a pre-diluted aqueous solution of phosphoric acid (H3PO4) prepared with high-purity deionized water. This 50% concentration provides a convenient, ready-to-use form that eliminates the need for on-site dilution of concentrated stock. Appearance: Clear, viscous liquid. Meeting ACS Reagent Grade specifications, this product is suitable for analytical and laboratory applications requiring controlled purity and documented impurity limits.
Supplied by Alliance Chemical in sizes ranging from 1 quart to 330-gallon IBC totes, this solution is ideal for operations requiring consistent 50% strength with minimal handling risk compared to higher concentrations.

Safety Precautions
Phosphoric Acid solutions are corrosive and can cause severe burns. Handle with appropriate PPE, including chemical-resistant gloves, splash goggles, and protective clothing. Use in well-ventilated areas to minimize vapor inhalation. Store in a cool, dry place in HDPE or glass containers away from bases and metals.
PPE Requirements: Wear acid-resistant gloves, safety goggles, and face shield when handling concentrated solutions. In case of skin contact, wash immediately with plenty of water. In case of eye contact, rinse continuously for at least 15 minutes. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for full emergency response procedures.
