Store in HDPE, polypropylene, or glass containers. Acetic acid attacks most metals and some elastomers, so verify wetted-material compatibility before plumbing it into your system. Keep containers sealed in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight. Segregate from strong oxidizers (permanganates, peroxides, chromates) and strong bases — contact with either can generate heat or hazardous reaction products.
