The liquid is lighter than water at a density of approximately 0.785 at 68 °F (roughly 6.5 lb per gallon). Vapor pressure is notable: 33 mmHg at 68 °F, climbing to 40 mmHg at 74.8 °F, which accounts for its rapid evaporation rate at room temperature. Vapors are heavier than air and will collect in low-lying areas if ventilation is inadequate. The flash point is 53 °F, classifying it as a highly flammable liquid (per the product's GHS classification).

Handling & Storage
