Propylene Glycol 60% Inhibited is a high-strength pre-mixed heat transfer fluid engineered for closed-loop systems that require stronger freeze protection and corrosion control than lighter glycol blends. This aqueous solution combines 60% propylene glycol with an inhibitor package that helps protect metal system components while delivering consistent thermal performance.
Because the solution is supplied ready to use, it eliminates on-site blending and helps maintain consistent concentration from batch to batch. It is well suited for industrial HVAC, process cooling, hydronic loops, and similar systems where colder operating conditions or lower ambient temperatures demand a more robust glycol concentration.
Use appropriate PPE, including gloves and eye protection, during handling. Store in compatible containers such as HDPE or stainless steel in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight and strong oxidizers. Refer to the SDS for detailed handling, spill-response, and disposal guidance.
Ready-to-Use Blend - Eliminates on-site dilution and concentration drift.
Corrosion Protection - Helps protect common system metals in closed-loop service.
Cold-Weather Performance - Better suited for systems that need stronger freeze protection than 20% or 30% blends.
Broad Packaging Range - Available from small containers to bulk totes.
